How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long until my order ships?

Orders are processed within 7 days. Processing is the time we take to inspect, pack and hand your order to the carrier. Carrier transit time is additional and starts once your tracking number is issued.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must come back in the condition they were received: sealed product unopened, and graded cards in their original, undamaged holder.

What do PSA, BGS, CGC and SGC mean?

They are third-party grading companies. Each authenticates a card, grades its condition on a 1–10 scale, and seals it in a tamper-evident holder with a unique certification number.

How do you describe raw card condition?

Raw (ungraded) singles are listed with a condition such as Near Mint or Lightly Played. Product photos show the exact card unless a listing says it is a stock image.

Are your products authentic?

Graded cards ship in their original grading-company holders with the certification number visible, so you can verify them directly with the grader. Sealed product ships factory sealed.

How are cards packed?

Singles are sleeved and placed in a top loader or semi-rigid holder; slabs and sealed boxes are wrapped and boxed to protect corners, edges and seals in transit.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order items ship once they arrive from the distributor. Release dates are set by manufacturers and can change. Once a pre-order arrives, it is processed within 7 days.
